It's a HX711 Dual-Channel 24 Bit Precision A/D weight Pressure Sensor Module. This 24 bit ADC module has differential Input channels. It has a selectable gain of 32, 64 and 128. On-chip oscillator requiring no external component with optional external crystal. The Output Data Rate is 10SPS or 80 SPS. It is highly used in Load cell to measure weight. By connecting the module to your microcontroller you will be able to read the changes in the resistance of the load cell and with some calibration.
